Dear Jane, thank you for the regular updates. Always uplifting to hear where you are at and what you have discovered. So profound what you are saying about how hard it is to change gear and live a simple life. And I laughed for joy reading how much you love being alive. As always, I wish you all the very best and may the kitchen sink do the trick. Love love and more love (because ... what else?) Carmen

Very well my dear

By the way - tempeh. Slice it really thin and place in a nonstick frypan, turning a few times - at the last minute spray Braggs onto it in the pan, turn and spray the other side - that’s quite a nice way to cook it oil-free

Hi Jane, I believe you're on the right path, especially regarding the lifestyle changes and allowing your body to heal itself. Conventional therapy can be brutal, and also plays havoc with the immune system which every cancer patient needs in order to recover. I can relate to your comments regarding THC - gives my body strange sensations and makes me feel a tad anxious too at times, but I know it's an important part of my arsenal to get well and every day I feel I'm feeling stronger. I love my rebounder too! Dusted mine off after I received my diagnosis and it gets a good workout. Also go for long walks by the beach which are soothing for the soul. I believe that one day you'll look back and see what a blessing this experience has been. Your body knows you love her and will do what she needs to get you well again. Sending lots of healing love, Carmel. xo

Hey Carmel! You're on the THC/rebounder protocol too! Let's hope you're right and that one day it's all a distant memory for both of us.... Much love xxx

So much love, Jane! <3 <3

What a cruel joke re: the ovarian - you've really been through it all.

I'm living in Sydney now (for work: Google), but I look forward to catching up with you some time when we're back down for a coffee, drink or whatever you're up for!

Hopefully the latest treatments help - I've seen a lot of anecdata around THC/CBD so hopefully it at least gives you relief with boosting your appetite! (Does for me!)

As always your open honesty is refreshing. Really hope your body takes what it needs from you slowing down and stepping away from harsh chemicals. I have heard apricot kernels can help, there is mixed feedback on it as they contain cyanide, some people chew on the kernels but I have heard you can buy the oil in health food shops. Just letting you know if you didn't already. I understand the juggle with cancer treatment, I am fighting stage 4 and medication is working but also affecting my white cells. Last blood test showed my neutrophil level had dropped too low, the juggle of fighting cancer but not killing everything healthy in your body.

Thinking of you and sending positive energy your way much love xxx

Great word - anecdata. Exactly right.

Hope you're enjoying your new life in Sydney. Do let me know if you're over and in the Footscray good: can do coffee, can't do drink...

Sending the love back x100

Thank you! I've been letting it sit in soy sauce and then putting it into soups and stews, or doing it in the airfryer. It's not the easiest food to work with is it?

Yeah I've heard conflicting opinions on apricot kernels, so they're on my 'maybe' list...

Sorry to hear about your white blood cells. I'm not quite where you are, but I have noticed that everything takes much longer to heal - cuts on my body, colds, etc. Hoping that your immune system can make it's comeback.

Sending love in your direction 💜💜💜
